Solid Walnut Freestanding Shelving or Display Unit
This has been made from unusually beautiful solid walnut with stunning grains to a size specified by the client, [but could be made to fit many spaces, with the option to choose from several wood types]. We have decided to embrace & use the outer creamy sap-wood as this makes a beautiful natural contrast with the darker heart wood. It comes as a ‘flat pack’ - flat pieces of beautiful wood that can be easily assembled at home/office with no need for extra nails or bonding, additional tools or instructions of any sort - size dependent, the only requirement being a flat even floor if the piece is tall. It could be made using thicker wood for an even sturdier piece

This piece has been finished with wax and very lightly buffed but not polished to retain the paler beautiful striking grains & colourings of the natural walnut wood. This piece could be configured to a different size and number of shelves to suit your own space and made from several other wood types such as maple, oak, beech, sycamore…
The wooden shelves are simply slotted into each other - so making perfect freestanding shelving for rental properties as no nails are required & space saving & easily packable for those who may need to move house in the near future…
